When will the winner be announced?
Dates of giveaway is on our giveaway page, winner will be announced on Facebook live stream at time of giveaway. We will also notify the winner via phone & email by the contact information provided during purchase of package. If winner cannot be contacted during live stream we will wait and try again later.

Yes, promotion is valid to all Australian resident’s (excluding SA) & who is aged 18 or over. Once you have purchased a once off package you will receive free entries automatically into the promotional giveaway based on the tier of the package purchased. Refer to your states laws on receiving prizes.

If i win, How long until i receive the prize ?
We’ll arrange to deliver the prize directly to you within a reasonable distance from a metropolitan area or, alternatively, you also have the option to claim the prize by visiting a designated location / collection site that we specify. We aim to deliver prize within 30 days but this is also subject to winner’s response & accessibility of third-party services.
