When will the winner be announced?

Dates of giveaway is on our giveaway page, winner will be announced on Facebook live stream at time of giveaway. We will also notify the winner via phone & email by the contact information provided during purchase of package. If winner cannot be contacted during live stream we will wait and try again later.

Is there a deadline to claim the prize?     

Yes, the winner will be required to claim the prize within the timeframe outlined in our giveaway terms and conditions. A redraw for the prize will take place (redraw dates would be updated across socials and website. We can NOT redraw unless the prize remains unclaimed for 3 months.

Am i eligible to enter promotion ?             

Yes, promotion is valid to all Australian resident’s (excluding SA) & who is aged 18 or over. Once you have purchased a once off package you will receive free entries automatically into the promotional giveaway based on the tier of the package purchased. Refer to your states laws on receiving prizes.

How do i know its legit ?                               

We are a registered Company “Trade Promos Australia Pty Ltd trading as Heavy Equipment Giveaways Australia (ABN 74 668 275 241)”

We use an online electronic random draw system “Randomdraws.com.au” The system and secure infrastructure is government certified and compliant for all Australian states.

HEGA receives a certificate of compliance with each draw with all draw and approval details. We always draw 3 winners descending order of value: third, second, and first prize, with the first prize being the major prize, this shows draws are random and cannot be rigged in anyway.

If i win, How long until i receive the prize ?    

We’ll arrange to deliver the prize directly to you within a reasonable distance from a metropolitan area or, alternatively, you also have the option to claim the prize by visiting a designated location / collection site that we specify. We aim to deliver prize within 30 days but this is also subject to winner’s response & accessibility of third-party services.
